3. General Information on Data Processing
Personal data is generally only processed to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and its content and services. Processing regularly takes place only on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or where processing is permitted by statutory provisions (in particular Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR).
4. Server Log Files
When you access the website, your browser automatically sends information to the server of this website, which is temporarily stored in a log file.
Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, arising from our legitimate interest in ensuring a smooth connection, comfortable use of the website, and the evaluation of system security and stability. The data is deleted after 7 days at the latest, unless further retention is required for evidentiary purposes.

- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the retrieved file

5. Cookies
This website currently does not use cookies for analytics, tracking or marketing purposes. No cookies are currently used that would require consent under § 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications-Digital-Services-Data-Protection Act).
6. Contact (Contact Form and Email)
The website offers a contact form for electronic communication. When you use it, the data you enter (first name, last name, company where applicable, email address, subject where applicable, message) is transmitted to us by email to process your enquiry.
To prevent abuse (spam), the IP address of the request is additionally processed briefly for a technical rate limit and automatically deleted after a few minutes. No further storage of the enquiry on the server takes place.
The same applies accordingly to enquiries by email. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract/pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and no statutory retention obligations apply.

8. Social Media Links
The website footer contains a link to our LinkedIn company profile. This is embedded solely as a linked graphic. No data is transmitted to LinkedIn unless the link is actively clicked. Only clicking the link redirects you to the platform; LinkedIn's own privacy policy (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) applies there.
